Blue Gate's Locked Gate event doesn't politely "start" so much as it detonates the whole lobby. It only rolls around twice a day, and when it does, everyone suddenly acts like they've got a personal appointment underground. You've got about 40 minutes, but it never feels like 40. You're sprinting, listening for mines, watching the skyline for rockets, and trying not to get third-partied while you loot like a maniac. If you're still figuring out what's worth risking your kit for, it helps to have a mental list of

you actually care about before you commit.
Finding the four codes without losing your mind
The job is simple on paper: grab four security codes from containers in four zones. In practice, it's messy, because the codes are tucked into regular loot spawns, not sitting in some obvious "quest" box. First, I usually start at Reinforced Reception. It's calmer than the others, and that one trashcan inside the reception building has treated my squad better than it has any right to. Second, head to Ancient Fort, but slow down. Mines are everywhere and the event makes people play extra greedy. Skip the puzzle room during the modifier; you're there for quick container checks, not a science project. Third, sweep Raider's Refuge and get nosy with every metal bin and crate you can reach. It's the kind of place where you feel silly checking "one more" container—until it pays out.
Pilgrim's Peak and the Rocketeer problem
Fourth is Pilgrim's Peak, and yeah, it's usually the rough one. Two Rocketeers can lock the area down and you'll eat a rocket the second you stand still to open a box. I've had better runs bringing lure grenades and forcing their attention away from the container line. Sometimes you don't even need to kill them; you just need ten seconds of them looking the wrong way. Also, assume another squad is thinking the same thing. If you hear shots, don't rush toward them out of habit. Let them commit first, then decide if you're fighting or slipping past.
Uploading codes at Gate Control Room
Once you've got a code, the stress changes shape. Now you've got to carry it to the Gate Control Room by the Warehouse Complex, and that room is a magnet for campers. People know you'll have to show up. Check corners, check the ceiling lines, and don't just run straight to the wall consoles like you're on rails. A quick grenade or a hard shoulder-peek saves lives. If you're solo, there's an ugly-but-effective play: linger outside and let other teams do the uploads. It's not heroic, but neither is dying with three codes in your bag.
Inside the facility and getting out with the loot
When the blast doors finally open, it turns into a footrace, and the same names pop up every time: Security Wing, Breach Room, anything that smells like top-tier drops. The Bobcat Weapon Blueprint is the headline prize, but the real win is leaving with anything intact after that scramble. Keep your gun up, listen for footsteps on metal, and don't overstay just because you're "one room away" from more. Build an exit plan before your inventory is perfect, especially if you're chasing

that'll make the next raid feel a lot less desperate.
